It has been forever.
Now that its summer... blogging is not something I want to do anymore. Just beacuse there is so much to do!!! Its only June and my summer already has been amazing!!! I laughed so much, done crazy things, cried alot, and am getting a pretty nice tan! One day maybe i'll look like my sister....
-Mary Catherine has her baby soooo soon!!!! I can't wait-
-Messiah conference (the greatest week of my life) is coming up in less then a month OMG-
-I got a job at harris teeter and I LOVE IT!!!-

Tomorrow...
I have to get a new license cuz I lost mine.
Then work for Harris teeter til 2.
Then start the craziest week of my life (Tech week.)
then production is only 3 days after that.

2 more weeks...
.. til the big day!
This dance year has flown by... so has the new year!!! can you believe its MAY already??? I feel like it was yesterday that I was in Kansas City welcoming the new year with Jason Upton singing at the Onething conference. I guess everything in life flys by... I mean I still cant get over that I am 18!!! people get married when there 18.... so crazy.
ANYWAYS back to production. I can't wait. I love everything about it. The crazyness of backstage, the rush of performing onstage, the little things that go wrong... but everything always ending up okay. I feel so much more involved this year then last year too. I am so so so proud of all of kids for working so hard on there dances. It really is going to be an amazing show!!!

Pain
I am in SO much pain right now.
I was trying to be a good GAFA employee and put up those summer dance class signs OUTSIDE the city limits so GAFA wouldnt get fined. WELL idk if you guys knew this about me... but I tend to make decisions before I really think about them. (I'm actually really good at thinking before I speak but absoutely TERRIBLE about thinking before doing.)
Anyways.
SO I'm driving down Market St (at 8:45 at night) and I see it... the perfect spot for a sign... which I KNEW was outside the city limits. I pull off down this semi-driveway road thing, tell my sister I'll brb, grab the sign, and jump out of my car.
The second I did I knew something didnt feel right with my feet. Does that stop me??? of course not! I go running toward the end of the road... meanwhile my feet are becoming soooo much more in pain. Since Its dark, I can't see the cause of the pain. As i'm pushing the sign into the ground and tears are forming in my eyes, I realize where my pain is from.... I AM IN A FIELD OF CACTUSES.... AND I AM BAREFOOT!!!!
(You can all take a second and call me an idiot in your head cuz that what I did at that moment. )
I run back to my car (through what I now know are the devils plant... AKA cactuses) and jump back into my car. When I look at my feet they are COVERED in cactus prickly things (no idea what they are called.) I picked out enough of them so I could drive home but still in alot of pain.
NOW I knew if my parents knew about my little run through the cactus feild at 8:45 at night theyd be pretty mad at my stupidity. SO I had to walk into my house like nothing was wrong, then go to my room and spend the next 30 mins picking out cactus prickly things.
And I cannot believe I just blogged about this.

My Favorite Psalm.
Psalm 143
O LORD, hear my prayer,
listen to my cry for mercy;
in your faithfulness and righteousness
come to my relief.
Do not bring your servant into judgment,
for no one living is righteous before you.
The enemy pursues me,
he crushes me to the ground;
he makes me dwell in darkness
like those long dead.
So my spirit grows faint within me;
my heart within me is dismayed.
I remember the days of long ago;
I meditate on all your works
and consider what your hands have done.
I spread out my hands to you;
my soul thirsts for you like a parched land.
Answer me quickly, O LORD;

This is has been my favorite Psalm forever. But I have never really noticed what the number was to it... 1-4-3.
These 2 people who I was friends with use to date. They use to always say "143" to eachother and it would drive all of my friends and I crazy. It meant I love you because "I" is a 1 letter word. "LOVE" is a 4 letter word. and "YOU" is a 3 letter word. 143. get it?
They got it from a movie and I always thought it was cute.I was jealous because I wanted someone to say "143" to myself. Well I just noticed literally about 10mins ago that my favorite Psalm for the past 4 years or so is numbered 143.
I am lucky enough to be able to say that I have a "143" Psalm to share with the GREATEST person in my Life... Yeshua HaMashiach... Jesus the Messiah :-)
